All the family pensioners are hereby informed that the payment of  fourth installment of Sixth pay was due this month. But keeping  in view the priority of  payment of pension to be made on first working day of month and bulk of data  still to entered in system. We had reached to the conclusion that regular payment of pension should be made and then the remanining formlity can be  completed progressively.

Bhandara treasury has already issued the  R-3 slip  for employees upto 2010-2011 through DDO's .If there is missing credit in employees  R-3 slip  for a particular month then report it to  Treasury by July 10,2012 along with respective month schedule and voucher number.        Those offices who had not entered the information about  deposition of Sixth pay installment in the DCPS software should enter the correct information and get it approved by the Bhandara treasury office.      Your slight alertness at this juncutre will solve many of your future problem .So spare some time and  co-operate us in updation of DCPS record.
